Our friends at Arbonne believe in the importance of giving back while keeping their team connected. Their charitable initiatives organization-wide are focused on helping empower teens.

“The Arbonne Charitable Foundation’s mission is to provide support for programs and opportunities that promote the development of confidence and self‑esteem in teenage girls and boys,” stated the Arbonne Charitable Foundation’s website.

Arbonne invited us to their office in Irvine, CA for a team build to benefit teens in foster care. We love helping teens, so of course, we couldn’t help but be delighted by this build.

Luckily for us, Irvine is just a hop on the freeway away. So we didn’t have to wait too long to get there. Our team was able to make it to Arbonne headquarters in under an hour and we set up just as quickly.

To help supplement the essential items for the teen bags, Arbonne’s IT department fundraised for additional toiletry items. Their hearts were openly invested in the project. You could see this not only by the effort invested in the project but by the kind words they wrote in cards for each of the teens.

“IT did an amazing job of donating funds to help fill each bag with items that will help make foster youth feel special and cared for while they are in a time of transition,” said Julia Smart, Development Coordinator for Arbonne Charitable Foundation.

We couldn’t agree more Julia! IT did great and those bags will benefit teens directly in Orange County.
