I'm Aging Out
A website created by young adults in partnership with current and former foster care"participants" to bring resources, guidance, and information to foster youth aging out of the system. This website has the capacity to help over 500,000 foster youth.

REACH ( Realizing Every Action Creates Hope)
REACH is designed to create equal opportunities in education for children in foster care in order to break the cycle of homelessness and increase graduation rates by creating peer leaders. Resulting in stable, strong supports for youth that create positive outcomes.. Currently operating in Massachusetts & California.

Sweet Cases
On Average, 500,000 foster children will move throughout 3 different placements, with little or no warning at all. These kids are forced to move with a trash bag and nothing else. We created Sweet Cases in order to provide foster children with suit cases and duffle bags so that they have something to call their own during this difficult procedure.

Field of Dreams
Today, 2 of 3 foster kids are obese, we created "Field of Dreams" in order to help fight this epidemic and do it in a fun proactive way. Our camps incorporate professional athletes, Dj's, and complete sports equipment for each participant at no cost.

Symphony of Hope
Half of foster youth in High school drop out before their senior year. Research shows that kids involved in music and art programs graduate at higher rates and have better SAT/ACT scores then kids not participating. The Symphony of Hope programs sponsors foster youth who are interested in playing at no cost to their agency or foster family.
