This is a great way to find out what your employees care about. Is there something local they are passionate about? A specific type of philanthropy you should consider pursuing? By asking your team you may be closer to find a solid CSR initiative that your whole team can stand behind.

Tip Three- Survey Your Audience

Let’s get super sophisticated and survey your audience about their charitable interests. All the latest research indicates that consumers prefer to patron organizations that give back to the community. So find out what matters to your consumers. While these may be big picture efforts, it could help you determine where to invest your efforts.

Tip Four- Decide and Let Everyone Know

So, you have now mulled over all the types of philanthropic interests that are simple. You have thought on what charitable causes appeal to your team and your audience. Now it is time to make a move and select the CSR effort or activity you’d like to invest in. Write out a plan and make an internal and public announcement. It is important to let your team and audience know that this is happening and you’re ready.
