Sweet Cases is the biggest Foster Love - Together We Rise program that we support through the help of donors like you! Foster Love - Together We Rise is trying to change the foster care system by donting our Sweet Cases to children in foster care around the United States.

What is a Sweet Case?

A Sweet Case is a blue duffel bag stuffed with a teddy bear, blanket, crayons, coloring book, and hygiene kit. Sweet Cases are geared for children 10 and under, and all items are NEW!

Are there Sweet Cases for teens?

In 2017, TWR has introduced our new Teen Bag program! These duffels are black and are meant for youth older than 10 years old.

How do I get started?!

Step 1: Set a goal and timeline!

How many Sweet Cases are you looking to provide? Each Sweet Case costs $25-30. This includes the duffel bag, teddy bear, blanket, crayons, coloring book, and hygiene kit. You must order a minimum of 10! Once you decide how many you’d like to sponsor and when you would like to have them done by, we can get started!

Step 2: Recruit a team and start fundraising! (optional)

Talk with your team and see what your best options are. We will have you create an online campaign webpage through the TWR website. Once your campaign is made, you are welcome to share it and begin receiving donations! Through your campaign page you can see who has donated, how much time is left, and how close you are to your goal. TWR can also provide you with promotional items such as brochures, stickers, shirts, and a banner.

To make a fundraising page, visit togetherwerise.org/fundraise. If you don’t want to fundraise and you would rather just sponsor the Sweet Cases outright, that is an option too. Please contact a TWR representative to sponsor Sweet Cases directly.

Step 3: Get your Sweet Cases ready!

Once you hit your goal (or more), we will ship you all the tools to complete your Sweet Case build. You will decorate the outsides of the bag with the materials provided, and then stuff the duffle bags with all the goodies.

Step 4: Donate!

Once your Sweet Cases are complete, you can either find an agency to donate them, or a TWR representative can help you find one near you. Regardless, our Sweet Cases will go back into YOUR community.

Do we have to pay for shipping?
Yes, if you sponsor over 20 sweet cases we ask that you cover the shipping costs. This allows us to work nationwide, you can be in Austin, TX or NYC, or anywhere in the states to work with us.

How long does it take to receive the supplies?
It takes about 5 – 8 business days after you confirm end of campaign with your TWR rep. We ship via FedEx ground and you will receive a tracking number once it has shipped.

What if I don’t reach my goal?
If you are fundraising and you don’t reach your goal we will give you the supplies you did fundraise for! *(minimum 10 rule does apply)*

What do I do when my fundraiser is over?
Please contact your TWR rep. to confirm the next steps which include finalizing numbers, shippings, and dates.

Can I pick the agency?
Yes, you can! OR you can have us coordinate it. Whatever you feel more comfortable with but we will need the contact you chose if you decide to coordinate it for our records.

Do I need to pay for decorating material?
If you are doing a build over 10 cases, we have a $15 fee per 20 Sweet Cases for decorative supplies. For example, Betty’s group is doing 40 sweet cases for they will need to have $30 to be sent fabric pastels/supplies.

Can we add more to the bag?
Yes, you may! Please note we don’t give anything used. These children usually only get hand-me-downs so we are raising the standard. Also, please do not include any religious affiliated material.
