Scholarship Application

The main objective of our Family Fellowship Program is to offer family-like financial and emotional support to college-bound, “aging out” foster youth. As part of our family initiative, we will also be a support system for our Fellows and provide things such as mentorship, care packages, winter bonding trips, and more.

In addition to the above, we will also offer the following financial support for up to five years:

  • Tuition Support
  • School Supplies
  • Textbooks
  • Laptop/printer
  • Academic Assistance/Tutoring
  • Housing allowance
  • Dorm supplies

Together We Rise is seeking 10 aging out foster youth between the ages of 17-23 years old to join our Family Fellowship Program.

All of the following requirements must apply to the applicant and be checked for verification purposes:

All required documents must be sent together. Applications missing any of the required documents will be considered incomplete and will not be eligible for the fellowship. Filling out this application does not guarantee support. Our board members review all applications, and support is given based upon merit and need.
