Team Building Fun with Experian

Team Building Fun

Team building fun is always around the corner! With the Experian team, corporate and social responsibility (CSR) initiatives are always at the forefront of the organization. Last week the Heart of Experian Champions (CSR leaders at Experian branches across the globe) partnered with Foster Love - Together We Rise. They hosted their inaugural Heart of Experian Summit at the Thomas Avenue of the Arts Hotel in Costa Mesa, CA.

Who is Experian?

Experian’s dedication to their CSR initiatives extends beyond the local level. Their website cites, “Experian is deeply committed to making an important difference in each of the communities in which we operate and live. By fostering lasting relationships with nonprofit organizations, funding local initiatives, and providing community support. The company is able to champion a number of important causes while simultaneously promoting a strong culture of caring from within.”

Experian’s North American CEO, Craig Boundy, states. “At Experian, we encourage our employees to give back through work-time volunteerism, donations, and support for nonprofit organizations in our communities. As an organization, we work together every day to deliver on the good that data can do for our economy, people and society. The entire Experian team puts their hearts into the communities where we work and live. This driving force helps us make a difference in the world.”

Team Building Fun for Everyone

Experian and Foster Love - Together We Rise are longtime partners we have work on several programs together including a few Sweet Case builds.  It is important to invest in your team and to encourage community engagement. So, we really value Experian’s commitment to empowering their team and choosing to make their CSR efforts a priority.
The event took place at the Avenue of the Arts Hotel in Costa Mesa. Which is just up the freeway from our HQ! We held the bike build in the patio and enjoyed the summer breeze. It is always inspiring to see a group of people unite for the benefit of their community. Even though a few of the CSR reps came from across Latin America, their commit and passion did not waiver.
The Experian team built 15 bicycles together! While that may seem like a modest amount. We can assure you, it was hard work. We need everyone’s elbow grease to get those bikes in shape. As a result of our hard labors, the Thomas House in Garden Grove received the donation to disburse among their kiddos.
Elizabeth Pianalto, Corporate Responsibility Specialist, complimented TWR and how easy it is to make a difference in the foster care community with our programs and services. She recommended that all of her regional CSR reps use us for their philanthropic needs moving forward.

To Conclude

In conclusion, we are so grateful for the time spent with the Experian CSR team. They are truly remarkable people who care about their communities. The “do-gooders” of the world! We can’t wait until our next event together later this fall.
